One habit that brings me joy is fasting once a year. It goes without saying that we cannot live without food, and ever since we were born, we have been eating. This means that our intestines are working nonstop.
As I’ve shared before, I managed to lose 4kg by doing a complete fast for three days. I came to believe that we always have at least 2kg of food in our stomachs.
When you empty your stomach and intestines, you start to absorb things that you normally cannot expel. After breaking the fast, I flush my system with hot water and finely chopped radishes, which cleanses my stomach and intestines.
I believe that if you continue this practice once a year, you can prevent diseases of the stomach and intestines.
