The Energies of Love, Food, and Travel
What things give you energy?

Life’s myriad experiences offer countless ways to energize our spirits. For me, the primary sources of energy are love, food, and travel.

Love serves as the energy for the soul. When bathed in affection from family and loved ones, I find myself devoid of loneliness, leading to a surge of positive thoughts and propelling my actions in the right direction.

Food, on the other hand, fuels our bodies. Essential for maintaining health, the chemistry of cooking transforms simple ingredients into delicious dishes, tantalizing the palate and stimulating the brain, generating a sense of elation.

Lastly, travel provides an opportunity to realize that life itself is a grand journey. Venturing into unfamiliar territories challenges our preconceived notions, unveiling new discoveries and broadening our horizons.

Just a few days ago, my own journey took me to Europe. Immediately, I found myself grappling with unfamiliar train systems, stuck for over an hour. It had been a while since I’d had to rely on the kindness of strangers. Yet, these new experiences, these fresh challenges, sent adrenaline coursing through my brain. Every so often, we need these jolts of excitement to keep life interesting. My trip also had its hitches – a flight delay extending by four hours and a mishap with my suitcase at the airport, rendering a four-wheeled luggage into a three-wheeler. While some might see these as inconveniences, I choose to embrace them as part of the authentic travel experience, relishing each moment, bumps and all.
Good work, keep going ✍️
Completely agree with all you’ve said and four hour delay, 😮 you must have been so bored!
Thank you 😊
