Well, I think the best compliment I’ve received was a letter from my 96-year-old grandmother. I received it when I was returning to Japan and I still treasure it to this day.. In today’s age, there are various ways to communicate such as email, phone, chat, etc.,

but I believe that handwritten words carry the soul and convey more than just thoughts. This may be a little off-topic from the prompt, but I think the way someone expresses their appreciation is the best compliment.
