Listening to the Soul: A Reflection on the Trinity of Body, Mind, and Soul

What are you curious about?

One of the things I’m most curious about is what my soul is trying to tell me. The concept of the “Trinity” resonates with me, often understood as the body, ego, and soul, or alternatively as the body, mind, and soul. I recently read a book that sparked these thoughts about the soul.

I found myself pondering whether who I am now is a reflection of something my soul desired or needed to learn.

In a world where it’s become commonplace to live life through our work routines, it’s easy to fall into the trap of just getting through the days without true engagement or passion. Life happens only once, and the day known as “today” will never come again. This youth, this present moment, is fleeting.

I’ve resolved to meditate once more, to lend an ear to the voice of my soul. If I can discern that voice and understand what I am most interested in right now, I will share it on this blog.

Thank you for reading this article. I hope it leads you to contemplate your own body, mind, and soul, recognizing the irreplaceable nature of this moment, and listening to what your innermost self might be whispering to you.

With my body – I am always learning … mostly with what to eat and health related things

With my mind lol … that is always going – but sometimes I also mediate or get away from world to clearly view thoughts and what direction I wish for and am ok with.

And soul … that’s the fun personality part … how your soul is to enjoy life – what you bring to life, and ways you savor it

When you say the word trinity – I instantly think of The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit ( catholic engrained )

Is a peaceful way to see trinity with body, mind and soul ❤️ 🧘‍♂️

Like Chakrahs … making sure you have harmony within

Our lives are surrounded by a plethora of food choices. No matter how much junk food we consume, no one can regulate it as it infringes upon our freedom. However, I believe our bodies might silently cry out in response.

It’s essential to be attuned to the daily changes in our body.

Laughter truly is a wonderful form of healing.
By understanding meditation, we become aware of things previously unseen.

Just like chakras, I too aim to maintain harmony within🧖🏻

Thank you for sharing such insightful opinions🫶

Yes that is true – we do have a plethora of food options

What worries me – is that already society is less mobile and not as active as people once were …

And there is a lack of ?? I don’t know?? Is it education?

On bodies and food intake – a more serious take on it would prevent many deaths

The American portions are huge, and a lot is indulgence…

And I am on the fence with that…

On one hand – yes, enjoy life to the fullest when you can

But then also… food can cause issues like obesity, heart disease, diabetes, intestinal issues, etc – possibly even memory issues?

So at the same time… I worry about that

And the youth thinks they are invincible or that they will worry about when time comes – but often that’s too late ⏰

Yes I agree – know your body!!

Yup – I have survived this long BECAUSE of moments of laughter ❤️

Yes… I like the peace – I feel it gives more clarity to what one thinks on own ❤️

        Lol yup me too ✌️👏

        Thank you as well 😊🫶

Indeed, to be honest, I also used to think that the image of America was all about junk food. However, I realized that this is just a part of the advertisement and image portrayed. Many people are aware of this, and I’ve come to know that there are also many health-conscious and nature-minded individuals🌿.

For young people, it’s challenging to control their desires. As they age, I believe they’ll gravitate towards food that makes their bodies happy😁.

I also love peace and feel honored to be born in a world where we can emphasize peace🫶.
