From Global Wanderer to Collector of Luxuries: A Personal Journey

What’s the one luxury you can’t live without?

Upon reflection, I realize I am fortuitously surrounded by a wealth of luxuries. From cars and cell phones to computers and musical instruments, not to mention food cultivated through organic farming.

In the past, when I was journeying around the globe, all my possessions fit into a 60L backpack weighing less than 20kg. In comparison to that two-year trek, I have since amassed a variety of items.

To single out one amongst them all is indeed a daunting task.

However, as I have mentioned before, if I had to choose, it would be the necklace I always wear. This piece, which I crafted myself, is adorned with crystals and lapis lazuli. I chose it over others because it is irreplaceable.

I have discussed this necklace in a previous article.

While everyone’s treasured items differ, I believe that the things that money can’t buy are often the most valuable.

Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
