If you could have something named after you, what would it be?
This is a pretty interesting prompt. I like my current name, but if I were a girl, I would like to be named Luna. The reason is that Luna means “moon” in Spanish. I would like to name myself after the moon, which illuminates people even in dark times and shines so brightly that it illuminates those around it.
If I were a boy, I would like to be named Taiyo. The reason is that Taiyo means “sun” in Japanese. I would like to live my life burning hot like the sun.
In Japan, there is a saying that one’s name reflects one’s personality. I believe that naming someone is a big guideline that determines their life.
Well, our family trip to Hawaii is over and we have safely returned home. I would like to write about our trip to Hawaii in a blog post later.
