List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.

  1. Love is at the source of everything. I am fully convinced that each action, each decision, each moment in our lives is, at its core, driven by love.
  2. It’s essential to channel our energy not into anger, but into kindness. Rather than succumbing to feelings of anger, we should use our energy to promote kindness and empathy.
  3. We should follow our excitement. It’s not just about chasing dreams or pursuing happiness, it’s about making our excitement the guiding principle in our lives.
  4. Prioritizing the happiness of our family. Ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our family should always be a priority.
  5. Investing in experiences and wisdom. We often emphasize the importance of financial investments, but investing in our personal growth through experiences and gaining wisdom is just as crucial.
  6. Saving at least ten percent of our income. Practicing frugality and learning to save a part of our income can lead to a secure future.
  7. Ensuring we get enough sleep. Adequate rest is the foundation of good health and productive days.
  8. Practicing moderate eating and fasting once a year. The idea of ‘Hara Hachi Bu’, or eating until you’re 80% full, coupled with annual fasting, can greatly contribute to our physical health.
  9. Practicing morning yoga. Regular yoga sessions in the morning can be a great way to kick-start the day, keeping us fit and focused.
  10. Making wishes during the new moon and expressing gratitude during the full moon. This ritual helps us reflect on our desires and blessings, and cultivates a positive mindset.
