- Prioritizing the happiness of our family. Ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our family should always be a priority.
- Investing in experiences and wisdom. We often emphasize the importance of financial investments, but investing in our personal growth through experiences and gaining wisdom is just as crucial.
- Saving at least ten percent of our income. Practicing frugality and learning to save a part of our income can lead to a secure future.
- Ensuring we get enough sleep. Adequate rest is the foundation of good health and productive days.
- Practicing moderate eating and fasting once a year. The idea of ‘Hara Hachi Bu’, or eating until you’re 80% full, coupled with annual fasting, can greatly contribute to our physical health.
